This high-quality speaker is veneered with 10-mil paper-backed Bosse Cedar and finished with a catalyzed lacquer in medium rubbed finish. Bosse Cedar is similar in color to Honduras Mahogany, and has the quilted "peanutty" figure of Sapeli Pommele. This is the “Vittora” speaker, a fully horn-loaded, three-way, high-efficiency loudspeaker.
Volti Audio builds nearly every part of the Vittora in house by hand. It takes about 240 hours of labor to build and finish a pair of speakers; the veneering takes about 50 hours and is done with vacuum bags.Volti Audio is a small-scale manufacturer of horn speakers designed for high quality music reproduction.
