Big Leaf Maple Burl Wood Veneer has a pinkish color with tight clusters and a veryand very good figure. This maple burl is very hard, dense, and strong, though not exceptionally rot-resistant. It is also relatively easy to work with hand tools, and produces a vibrant, bright finish and unique luster. Maple Burl is found primarily along the Western Coast of the United States. PLEASE NOTE: We carry only one grade of Maple Burl, which is heavy figured.
