PSA Veneer over laminate?

Question:
Any input and/or suggestions about applying PSA veneer over cabinets that have plastic laminate facing?
At this point, I don’t know the condition of the laminate as to whether. It is still secured well with no loose areas. I have done refacing before but not on plastic laminate!
Answer:
No problem using PSA over the plastic laminate. Actually PSA works much better on a smooth sealed surface such a plastic laminate. The one thing you must do is go over it very carefully to make sure the laminate is completely bonded to the substrate.
