This is a high-end condo in Bay City, Michigan, meant to be a fun summer home for the client. As the design was developed and the materials were presented, however, it soon became clear that the client wanted to sell their current residence and make this their permanent home!
Natural materials were a must, and this home has an abundance of them: bamboo and slate floors, concrete countertops, glass, metal, mahogany and beautiful Rosewood Veneeer!
