Domestic, Exotic, & Burl Flexible Wood Veneer
Holly veneer is an excellent woodworking medium due to its easy workability and beautiful color that takes well to a wide variety of stains. A relatively soft evergreen wood, holly veneer is easy to work with and fairly forgiving. It also has a rich white color with little to no visible grain, which makes it a perfect blank canvas for staining nearly any color you want. Since it is slow-growing, it can be a little bit expensive, but it is widely applicable for a variety of different projects, including but not limited to ornamental and decorative projects like inlaying and cabinetry.
