Quartered Southern Yellow Pine Wood Veneer is a great straight grained wood that is used in lot of different woodworking avenues from home building to match sticks. There are many varieties and species available that are so similar, in millwork; they are referred to as SPF or Spruce, Pine, Fir meaning any or all of the above. It is also known as Quarter Sawn or Quarter Cut Clear White Pine, and Ponderosa Pine.
